    welcoming orders in view of stagnation in IA&AD especially in the cadre of AAOs in A&E Offices.

    When there is no change in designation, classification and higher status on on grant of financial upgradation under the scheme, application of benchmark of "good" "very good" for financial upgradation to the grade pay of Rs.7600 and above is not clear.
